Junior Volunteers

The Junior Volunteer program will give youth many opportunities for learning and personal growth as they fulfill meaningful tasks at the Western Nova Scotia Exhibition.

Junior Volunteers must be between the ages of 12 and 16 and have a parent or guardian present when applying.

The deadline for applications is July 17, 2026 – NO EXCEPTIONS. There are only 6 positions available. Acceptance of an application is not an automatic acceptance into the Junior Volunteer Program.

To apply for a Junior Volunteer opportunity, please download, review, and complete the applicable application form below. Please return the completed form to the Exhibition Office Trailer located behind the Mariners Centre or email it directly to Sheri at sherihurlburt@gmail.com

You could also apply directly online.

Adult Volunteers

Join us in making a difference! By volunteering just 4 hours of your time, you can help our community thrive and enjoy free admission to our events as a token of our gratitude. It’s a fantastic way to give back while having fun!

If you're 17 or older and want to be involved, please fill out our online registration form so we can learn about your interests and the areas where you'd like to volunteer.

We can't wait to have you on board!
