To register for an event, please review and complete the applicable application forms below.
Paper applications are available for all events. You will need to download the file from the website and complete the paper form. You click on the word LINK to find the file. Please return your completed form(s) to the Exhibition Office Trailer located behind the Mariners Centre or email it to westernnsexhibition@gmail.com
Some events do have an online google form option you could complete. Payment is still expected before your entry form is considered complete. You can pay by cash, check or debit at the Exhibition Office trailer or you can send an EMT to westernnsexhibition@gmail.com
2026 Animal Parade - In Memory of Phillip Hurlburt - Saturday Aug 8th
Join us in the Horse Ring for the Animal Parade. An event that will showcase oxen, horses or beloved pets all decked out in their parade worthy outfits.

2026 Baby Contest - Wednesday Aug 5th
Age Groups (born on or before Aug 4th, 2026):
Birth - 6 months
7 - 12 months
13 - 24 months
25 - 36 months inclusive
Entries must be in by Monday, Aug 3rd, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

2026 Fine Arts
Fine Arts includes the following categories. To see the sections available in each class, please click on the class name, then the "https" address .
Deadline to submit entry forms is Friday, July 31st @ 4 pm to the Exhibition Office. Items are due Aug 4th between 4pm and 6pm, the Arena.

Lil Miss Pageant - This event is cancelled for 2026 as we have no one willing to run the event. If you are interested in heading up this event next year please email westernnsexhibition@gmail.com

Submission of entry form does not guarantee acceptance of entry. All entries need to be approved by the committee before being accepted. No more than 20 entries will be accepted.
We are offering online registration options this year but you will need to take you payment to the office.
