To register for an event, please review and complete the applicable application forms below.
Paper applications are available for all events. You will need to download the file from the website and complete the paper form. Click on the word LINK to find the file. Please return your completed form(s) to the Exhibition Office Trailer located behind the Mariners Centre or email it to westernnsexhibition@gmail.com
Some events do have an online Google Form option you could complete. Payment is still expected before your entry form is considered complete. You can pay by cash, check, or debit at the Exhibition Office trailer, or you can send an EMT to westernnsexhibition@gmail.com
Animal Parade - Saturday, Aug 8th
Join us in the Horse Ring for the Animal Parade. An event that will showcase oxen, horses, or beloved pets all decked out in their parade-worthy outfits.
Baby Contest - Wednesday, Aug 5th
Age Groups (born on or before Aug 4th, 2026):
1) Birth - 6 months
2) 7 - 12 months
3) 13 - 24 months
4) 25 - 36 months inclusive
Entries must be in by Monday, Aug 3rd, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
Fine Arts
Fine Arts includes the following categories. To see the sections available in each

Deadline to submit entry forms is Friday, July 31st @ 4 pm to the Exhibition Office. Items are due Aug 4th between 4 pm and 6 pm, the Arena.

Light Horse Division
Due to the complexity of the light horse form, there is no online option for
registration this year. Please print and return to the exhibition office. They can be
delivered in person or by email. Payment is required to hold a stall. You can find

Volunteering at the Exhibition
We have 2 age categories for volunteering at the exhibition. Apply for the one that best fits your age.
Junior Volunteers
Junior Volunteers must be between the ages of 12 and 16 and have a parent or
guardian present when applying.
The deadline for applications is July 17, 2026 – NO EXCEPTIONS. There are only 6 positions available. Acceptance of an application is not an automatic
acceptance into the Junior Volunteer Program. We will let you know if you have
been chosen.
Adult Volunteers
Adults 18 years and over may also apply using the online registration form.
