The Yarmouth County Agricultural Society, purchased 4 sets of hydraulically deployed mobile bleachers to solve an outside seating issue the Western NS Exhibition was experiencing. The bleachers are constructed with continuous full length metal seats and weather resistant materials. These mobile bleachers are made available for groups and organizations to rent at events throughout Nova Scotia. We take the responsibility of transporting, delivering and set up of the bleachers to the rental location.
We have 4 Portable Bleachers available to rent for your event.
They are 20 Feet long and seat a maximum of 200 people.
Daily Rental Rate = $250.00
Weekly Rental = $750.00
Damage Deposit $250.00

MOBILE BLEACHER FAQS & FEATURES
How many bleacher units are available and how many units can be booked for an event?
There are a total of four sets of hydraulically deployed bleachers. There isn’t a limit on the number of bleacher units that can be booked. The determining factor is availability.
What is the seating capacity?
The bleachers offer 10 rows that can accommodate a maximum of 200 people each. Seating capacity is calculated at 18 inches per seat.
What are the open seat dimensions?
Width – 17’ 9” Length – 39’ Height – 7’ 5”
What type of location is required?
The bleachers should be positioned on a firm, reasonably level surface and are ideal for almost any park or parking lot setting. The total weight of 7,000 pounds is distributed on eight 7’ X 10” jacks. The bleachers require a minimum of 60 feet clearance and maneuver space in order to be installed.
Damage deposit:
A $250.00 damage deposit is required for each unit for all users. The deposit, required at the time the bleacher booking is confirmed by the Yarmouth County Agricultural Society, is returned in full to the user, upon expiration of the User Agreement and if the bleachers are returned in a condition satisfactory to the Yarmouth County Agricultural Society.
General Information Regarding the Bleachers
The Mobile Bleachers are a self contained seating system capable of highway transport and fast setup.
Bleachers fold to 96″ wide for highway towing.
Bleachers do not require latches or support pads to be positioned for transport.
Bleachers have a constant, standard seat slope for safety and Bleachers unfolds to offer 10 row bleacher seating with guardrails.
Guardrails fold and unfold with the main bleacher structure, and do not require additional assembly or latching.
Bleachers are equipped with a self contained hydraulic actuator, permitting fast, one person setup.
Bleachers have a rugged, galvanized steel support structure with aluminum seat and footboards. Weather resistant materials and components were used throughout.
Leveling jacks are provided for bleacher leveling and support.
